Justice Megan Cavanagh 's term ends in 2026, Justices Elizabeth Welch and Kyra Harris in 2028, and Justice Richard Bernstein in 2030. The two Republican-endorsed justices currently serving on the court — Chief Justice Elizabeth Clement's term end in 2026, and Justice Brian Zahra, who is term limited, ends in 2030.

Board meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6 PM at West Shore Educational Service District.
Mason County Central Schools, non-partisan Trustees-at-Large, with four-year terms ending in 2026 include Barry Pleiness, Darrell Storvik, Steve Griswald, and Gena Nelson; and Nicole Bernadette Birkett and Nicole Sherretz in 2028. All meetings begin at 7 PM at MCC High School, refer to website for dates.

City of Scottville Commission meets Second and Fourth Monday of every month at 6PM at City Hall. Scottville City Commissioners at Large Renee Jensen, Eric Thue, and Randall Wyman, were elected to a four-year term ending in 2028; Dixie Spore Mayor, was elected in 2024 to complete a partial term ending 2026; Darcy Copenhaver’s term ends in 2026; Bobbiann Wallager was appointed December 2024 to fill a term ending in 2028; and a Vacant Commissioner At-Large seat to expire in 2028 will be filled via special election Aug. 5, 2025.
